Cancellation Request Prior to Dispatch

Orders That Have Been Shipped

Changes to Existing Orders  

At present, we do not support changes to product selections or shipping details after an order has been successfully placed. Customers wishing to make adjustments must cancel the order within the permitted timeframe and submit a fresh order separately.
